For this interval workout, I would recommend using a 10lb medicine ball.
Medicine Ball Interval Workout
First, you need to set an interval timer, for 60 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Which means you will be repeating the sequence 5 times, doing each of the 6 exercises for 60 seconds. Take a 10-second break in between each exercise. You will achieve maximum benefits if you push yourself and do as many repetitions of each exercise in the every interval as can.
- Medicine Ball Burpees: This is just like a regular burpee, but the only difference is that you are holding on to a medicine ball the whole time.
